Springfield Township home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Springfield Township rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 16.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 257 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 5% increase over the $109,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 220 homes sold in Springfield Township in the second half of 2017.
