St. Bernard home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in St. Bernard rose by $44,500 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 63.1% increase over the $70,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in St. Bernard in the second half of 2017.
