Norwood home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Norwood fell by $650 while total sales increased by 28.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 214 homes sold, with a median sale price of $119,250 - a 0.5% decrease over the $119,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 166 homes sold in Norwood in the second half of 2017.
