Finneytown home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Finneytown rose by $30,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,500 - a 33.5% increase over the $91,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Finneytown in the second half of 2017.
