Forest Park home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Forest Park rose by $6,500 while total sales increased by 11.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 119 homes sold, with a median sale price of $126,000 - a 5.4% increase over the $119,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 107 homes sold in Forest Park in the second half of 2017.
