Groesbeck home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Groesbeck rose by $3,500 while total sales increased by 1.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $130,000 - a 2.8% increase over the $126,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Groesbeck in the second half of 2017.
