Springdale home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Springdale rose by $963 while total sales increased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,963 - a 0.7% increase over the $131,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Springdale in the second half of 2017.
