Dent home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Dent fell by $6,400 while total sales increased by 11.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 86 homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,500 - a 4.6% decrease over the $139,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Dent in the second half of 2017.
