Pleasant Run home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Pleasant Run rose by $21,950 while total sales decreased by 31.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $133,950 - a 19.6% increase over the $112,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Pleasant Run in the second half of 2017.
