White Oak home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in White Oak rose by $14,750 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 88 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,250 - a 12.2% increase over the $120,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in White Oak in the second half of 2017.
