Newtown home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Newtown fell by $3,950 while total sales decreased by 54.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,950 - a 2.8% decrease over the $139,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Newtown in the second half of 2017.
