Reading home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Reading rose by $18,500 while total sales decreased by 21.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $138,000 - a 15.5% increase over the $119,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Reading in the second half of 2017.
