Monfort Heights South home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Monfort Heights South rose by $4,050 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,000 - a 3% increase over the $134,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Monfort Heights South in the second half of 2017.
