Covedale home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Covedale rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 15.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 12% increase over the $125,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Covedale in the second half of 2017.
