Silverton home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Silverton rose by $1,400 while total sales increased by 62.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,900 - a 1% increase over the $144,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Silverton in the second half of 2017.
