Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Loveland in Hamilton County fell by $1,500 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $144,500 - a 1% decrease over the $146,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 65 homes sold in Loveland in the second half of 2017.
