Colerain Township home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Colerain Township rose by $16,700 while total sales increased by 26%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 92 homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,700 - a 12.7% increase over the $132,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in Colerain Township in the second half of 2017.
