Pleasant Run Farm home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Pleasant Run Farm rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 25.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,500 - a 1.7% increase over the $147,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Pleasant Run Farm in the second half of 2017.
