Deer Park home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Deer Park rose by $16,550 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,000 - a 12.3% increase over the $134,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Deer Park in the second half of 2017.
