Monfort Heights East home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Monfort Heights East rose by $27,000 while total sales decreased by 30.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $159,000 - a 20.5% increase over the $132,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Monfort Heights East in the second half of 2017.
