Dillonvale home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Dillonvale rose by $26,400 while total sales remained unchanged with 33 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $169,900 - a 18.4% increase over the $143,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Dillonvale in the second half of 2017, as well.
