Blue Ash home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Blue Ash fell by $21,244 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 108 homes sold, with a median sale price of $213,256 - a 9.1% decrease over the $234,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in Blue Ash in the second half of 2017.
