Anderson Township home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Anderson Township rose by $19,500 while total sales decreased by 3.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 280 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,500 - a 9.8% increase over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 289 homes sold in Anderson Township in the second half of 2017.
