Madeira home prices fall in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Madeira fell by $1,750 while total sales increased by 11.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 89 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,000 - a 0.6% decrease over the $301,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 80 homes sold in Madeira in the second half of 2017.
