Symmes Township home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Symmes Township rose by $5,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $325,000 - a 1.7% increase over the $319,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Symmes Township in the second half of 2017.
