Amberley Village home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Amberley Village rose by $70,100 while total sales decreased by 29%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 27% increase over the $259,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Amberley Village in the second half of 2017.
