Mariemont home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Mariemont rose by $51,000 while total sales decreased by 11.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $382,000 - a 15.4% increase over the $331,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Mariemont in the second half of 2017.
