Lincoln Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Lincoln Heights rose by $10,530 while total sales decreased by 42.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $30,250 - a 53.4% increase over the $19,720 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Lincoln Heights in the first half of 2017.
