Elmwood Place home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Elmwood Place fell by $3,400 while total sales increased by 133.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $27,200 - a 11.1% decrease over the $30,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Elmwood Place in the first half of 2017.
