Lockland home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Lockland fell by $8,706 while total sales decreased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $52,000 - a 14.3% decrease over the $60,706 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Lockland in the first half of 2017.
