Mount Healthy home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Mount Healthy rose by $8,200 while total sales increased by 61.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,200 - a 10.9% increase over the $75,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Mount Healthy in the first half of 2017.
