North Bend home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in North Bend fell by $132,500 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $95,000 - a 58.2% decrease over the $227,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in North Bend in the first half of 2017.
