Springfield Township home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Springfield Township fell by $5,050 while total sales increased by 13.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 218 homes sold, with a median sale price of $109,950 - a 4.4% decrease over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 192 homes sold in Springfield Township in the first half of 2017.
