Cheviot home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Cheviot rose by $18,615 while total sales decreased by 21.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 74 homes sold, with a median sale price of $102,500 - a 22.2% increase over the $83,885 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 94 homes sold in Cheviot in the first half of 2017.
