Reading home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Reading fell by $182 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $121,569 - a 0.1% decrease over the $121,751 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Reading in the first half of 2017.
