Covedale home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Covedale rose by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 18.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $115,000 - a 1.8% increase over the $113,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Covedale in the first half of 2017.
