Mount Healthy Heights home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Mount Healthy Heights rose by $18,100 while total sales decreased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 16.9% increase over the $106,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Mount Healthy Heights in the first half of 2017.
