Silverton home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Silverton fell by $2,750 while total sales increased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,000 - a 2.1% decrease over the $129,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Silverton in the first half of 2017.
