White Oak East home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in White Oak East rose by $21,700 while total sales decreased by 41.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,700 - a 18.1% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in White Oak East in the first half of 2017.
