Newtown home prices unchanged in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Newtown was unchanged while total sales increased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $142,500. There were 23 homes sold in Newtown in the first half of 2017, and the median sales price for the period was also $142,500.
