Loveland (Hamilton County) home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Loveland in Hamilton County rose by $18,950 while total sales increased by 7.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,950 - a 14.9% increase over the $127,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Loveland in the first half of 2017.
