Pleasant Run Farm home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Pleasant Run Farm rose by $17,000 while total sales decreased by 14.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,000 - a 13.2% increase over the $129,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 41 homes sold in Pleasant Run Farm in the first half of 2017.
