Monfort Heights South home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Monfort Heights South rose by $53,900 while total sales increased by 32.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,900 - a 44.9% increase over the $120,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 31 homes sold in Monfort Heights South in the first half of 2017.
