White Oak West home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in White Oak West rose by $44,500 while total sales increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,000 - a 33.6% increase over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in White Oak West in the first half of 2017.
