Anderson Township home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Anderson Township rose by $24,488 while total sales decreased by 0.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 292 homes sold, with a median sale price of $227,750 - a 12% increase over the $203,263 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 294 homes sold in Anderson Township in the first half of 2017.
