Blue Ash home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Blue Ash rose by $3,400 while total sales increased by 5.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 81 homes sold, with a median sale price of $238,400 - a 1.4% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 77 homes sold in Blue Ash in the first half of 2017.
