Kenwood home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Kenwood rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $280,000 - a 1.8% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Kenwood in the first half of 2017.
