Symmes Township home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Symmes Township fell by $35,250 while total sales decreased by 23.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $274,750 - a 11.4% decrease over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 81 homes sold in Symmes Township in the first half of 2017.
