Mariemont home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Mariemont rose by $2,550 while total sales increased by 45%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 0.8% increase over the $332,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Mariemont in the first half of 2017.
