Wyoming home prices rise in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Wyoming rose by $86,000 while total sales decreased by 11.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $348,000 - a 32.8% increase over the $262,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Wyoming in the first half of 2017.
